- Provide a personalized training plan

- Display graphs and statistics in the app

12. Connecting with Strava, Garmin, Suunto, Polar, Apple and Zepp
Users can connect their account to one of these platforms to automatically import their activities. These data are used solely for analysis, tracking, and training plan adaptation.
Data import is subject to the privacy policies of each provider:
If the connection is revoked, no new data will be imported, and previous data may be deleted upon request.
13. Automated processing and artificial intelligence
The AI-TRAINING app uses an artificial intelligence (AI) system to analyze user data and generate personalized training plans.
The data analyzed includes, among others: heart rate (BPM), power, cadence, elevation, VO2max, HRV (heart rate variability), fatigue, menstruation, injuries, stress, hydration, nutrition, GPS routes, weather, and available equipment (e.g., home trainer).
These automated processes help assess fitness and fatigue, anticipate overtraining risks, and adapt the proposed workouts. The AI may also offer adjustments based on weather conditions or menstrual cycles.
With your explicit consent, some of this data may be used in anonymized or pseudonymized form to improve AI algorithms through machine learning techniques. This consent can be withdrawn at any time by contacting contact@ai-training.app.
No automated decision with significant legal impact is made without human intervention. Users may request an explanation of AI-generated results and ask for manual review if desired.
