🗑️ Account and Data Deletion

1. Introduction
This page explains how you can delete your AI-TRAINING account and the associated data, in line with GDPR and Google Play requirements. Account deletion is a permanent action.
2. Deleting your account from the app
You can delete your account directly from the AI-TRAINING app:
- Open the AI-TRAINING app on your smartphone.
- Open the Menu (icon at the top of the screen).
- Go to Personal data.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
Once confirmed, the deletion process is started and becomes irreversible after processing.
3. Manual account deletion request
If you are unable to access the app, you can request deletion of your account by e-mail:
- Contact address: support@ai-training.app
- Recommended subject: AI-TRAINING Account Deletion Request

Please include:
- Your name (optional)
- The e-mail address used for your AI-TRAINING account
- A clear request to delete your account and all associated data
We may ask you for additional verification to prevent fraudulent deletions.
4. Data that will be deleted
When your account is deleted, we delete or anonymise, among others:
- Your user profile (name, e-mail, profile picture, language, etc.).
- Your training settings, goals and preferences.
- All your activities stored in AI-TRAINING.
- Health and performance data linked to those activities (heart rate, HRV, power, cadence, speed, VO₂max, sleep, hydration, fatigue, etc.).
- AI-generated training plans and their history.
- Messages, comments and community interactions linked to your account, where possible.
5. Data that may be retained temporarily
Some data may be retained for a limited period after account deletion for:
- legal or accounting obligations,
- fraud, abuse or security detection,
- aggregated and anonymised statistics (not traceable back to an individual).
In such cases, data is either anonymised or kept only as long as strictly necessary, then deleted.
6. Data with connected third-party services
If you connected your account with third-party services (for example: Garmin, Suunto, Polar, Strava, Apple Health or others), deleting your AI-TRAINING account does not automatically delete data stored by those partners.
You should review the settings of each third-party service if you also wish to delete data stored with them.
7. Processing time
We aim to process deletion requests within a reasonable timeframe (typically within 30 days). Technical constraints (backups, replication) may cause some data to remain in temporary copies for a short additional period.
