FAQ

What is AI Training?

AI Training is an endurance coaching app (triathlon, running, cycling, swimming, rowing and walking) that analyzes your data and adapts your recommendations and training schedule.

Which languages are available?

The website and app are available in French, English, Spanish, Portuguese, German and Italian.

How does the Premium trial work?

Depending on your setup, you may get a 14-day Premium trial when you create your account. Then, your first monthly subscription includes one free week. You can cancel anytime in the App Store or Google Play—access remains active until the end of the current period.

How do I sync my activities (Garmin / Polar / Suunto / Strava)?

In the app, go to Menu → Sync, then connect the service you want. Imported activities will appear in your history (the “Activities” icon).

Can I import files manually?

Yes. You can import activity files (e.g., .fit, .gpx, .tcx depending on support) from Menu → Training/Gear → Import an activity.

What is the “Health data” page in the menu?

This page shows your Apple Health connection status and the data imported from it. You can disable syncing in Menu → Sync → Apple Health.

Is my data private?

Your data is used to provide app features (analysis, charts, recommendations). See the privacy policy for details about processing and your rights.

What if an activity or chart doesn’t show up?

Check your connection, restart the app, and try again. If the issue continues, contact support with your device model, the workout date, and ideally a screenshot.

How do I connect my Apple Watch to AI Training?

If your Apple Watch is paired with your iPhone in the Watch app, it will be automatically recognized in AI Training.

Can I send planned or custom workouts to my Apple Watch?

Yes—this is available for Premium users and during the trial. Go to Planning → choose a workout → open it (“View” button or eye icon) → tap the transfer-to-watch button. AI Training must be open on your Apple Watch during the transfer.

How do I connect my Garmin watch to AI Training?

If your Garmin watch is linked to your Garmin Connect account in the Garmin Connect app, then you enable Garmin Connect sync in Menu → Sync, your activities will be imported automatically and visible in “Activities”.

Can I send planned or custom workouts to my Garmin watch?

Yes—this is available for Premium users and during the trial. First, make sure your watch is linked (Menu → Sync → “Link my Garmin watch”). Then: Planning → choose a workout → open it (“View” or eye icon) → transfer to watch → select the slot (1 to 3). AI Training must be open on the watch during the transfer.

How do gear/equipment alerts work?

In Menu → Training/Gear → Gear, a color code indicates wear: orange when you’re close to the declared distance threshold, red when you exceed it. Alerts are also visible in Activities → Gear tab.

What’s in the “Predictions” section?

Predictions includes 4 tabs (Fitness, Fatigue, Form, and Combined). These charts show AI-predicted values for the next 30 days based on your training metrics. Calculations rely on TRIMP/Bannister concepts and Coggan-style training load ideas.

What’s in the “HRV” section?

In HRV, you can measure heart-rate variability using a chest strap (used to adapt your plan). Measurements can also be imported automatically from compatible Garmin, Polar, Suunto and Apple Watch devices if syncing is enabled. You can also enter perceived stress, current form, sleep quality and body weight—these metrics are used to adjust your schedule.

How do I disable notifications?

You can manage notification permissions in your iOS/Android system settings.

Can I use the app offline?

Some features may work offline (e.g., viewing previously loaded history). Sync and some analyses require an Internet connection.

How do I delete my account?

You can request deletion of your account and data via the support page. We will process the request within the applicable legal timelines. You can also do it directly in the app via this link.
